What We Build
Our Programs
One flagship scholarship, fully funded and deeply supported — and three programmes on the way, one for each remaining pillar.
Ade-Ena Scholars Program
Named for our founder's own journey, the Ade-Ena Scholars Program awards full, need-based university scholarships to brilliant Ghanaian students who could not otherwise enrol. Five scholars per cohort. Complete support. All the way to graduation.

Fair by Design
How selection works
- 1
Apply online
Complete the application with your academic records, financial information, personal statement, and referees.
- 2
AI-assisted screening
Every complete application is read and scored consistently against the published criteria, helping our small team give each candidate a fair, thorough first review.
- 3
Human review & shortlisting
The selection committee reviews applications and AI reports together, verifies documents, and shortlists candidates.
- 4
Interviews
Shortlisted candidates meet the committee — a conversation about your journey, goals, and needs, not an exam.
- 5
Awards & onboarding
Selected scholars are notified, matched with mentors, and onboarded before the academic year begins.
A note on our use of AI
Applications are evaluated with the help of an AI evaluation system, which scores every complete application consistently against the same published criteria. Final decisions are always made by humans — our selection committee reviews every application, every AI report, and every borderline case, and can override the system at any point.

Community Health Outreach
Social PillarHealth screening days, first-aid training, and health education in underserved communities — because a healthy community is the quiet foundation under every education journey.
